Please justify the current tiered pricing system where Tier 3 water is 40% more than Tier 1 water

Questions Regarding Water and Sewer Rates

Our City Attorney and Police Chief weren't at liberty to provide this level of detail during last night's council meeting, but they were willing to do so here the next morning? What a difference a day makes!

Bumping up an older thread that seems more relevant than ever given our city's state of fiscal emergency.

The comment below was presented to the council by admin on may 7 and subsequently ignored by our mayor.

Thanks to Kyle for shaming her into prompting a response from our police chief and city attorney.
